I have just received the VBM003 as a present, and the water content given, does not seem to be enough for the quantity of flour - can anyone help me with the correct quantities? For all three size loaves? I would be very grateful

We have also become the proud owners of a Breville VBM003. Armed with a bag of best Stoneground Wholemeal Flour, set about making our first loaf meticulously adhering to the instructions in the manual- result: a cross between a housebrick and a back of sand.
second and third attempts even worse. What clown wrote these recipes? 4th attempt baking right now, looks promising this time ,followed your advice and doubled the water content. Thank you, saved me from chucking the machine out of the window in frustration!
